Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl to ensure even distribution.
  3. Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Allow the dough to rest in a warm area for about 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf, tucking edges underneath.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Place the dough in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
