- 100g desiccated coconut
- 150g rice bubbles
- 100g butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the rice bubbles and desiccated coconut, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
