Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert slice featuring a delightful combination of white chocolate, coconut, and crunchy ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 150g rice bubbles
  • 100g butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Add the rice bubbles and desiccated coconut, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
