Deliciously baked salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese and crunchy panko breadcrumbs.

- 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
- 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish, skin side down, and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, parsley, and thyme.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Allow salmon fillets to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Consider adding lemon zest or white wine for extra flavor.
