Description

Deliciously baked salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese and crunchy panko breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
  • 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the dish, skin side down, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, parsley, and thyme.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Allow salmon fillets to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Consider adding lemon zest or white wine for extra flavor.
