Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls make a delightful snack or appetizer with a healthy twist.

- 2 cups broccoli florets (finely chopped)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the broccoli for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then cool slightly and chop finely.
- Mix the broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour in a large bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
- Shape small portions into 1-inch balls.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, optionally broiling for an extra 1-2 minutes for added crunch.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

For a make-ahead option, prepare the mixture a day before and refrigerate. Air fryer option available for a quicker cook time.
