Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine the mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, sugar, and egg in a large bowl, stirring until creamy.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl, then fold into the banana mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each roll.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, adding vanilla extract.
- Spread the frosting over warm rolls and serve immediately.
