Description

With a hint of heat and a luscious creamy sauce, Bang Bang Salmon is a delicious dish that offers a perfect balance of flavors in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until mixed well.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the sauce ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
