Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Brush half of the Bang Bang sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle the remaining sauce over the cooked salmon.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side and garnish with cilantro if desired.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or avocado cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
