- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Brush half of the Bang Bang sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from heat and drizzle the remaining sauce over the cooked salmon.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side and garnish with cilantro if desired.
