- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼-inch thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
- Prepare the chicken by tossing it with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the BBQ chicken pieces and onion slices evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For a smoky twist, try using smoked mozzarella cheese. Adjust the BBQ sauce level to match your heat preference.
