- 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and apply a light coating of olive oil around the edges.
- Toss the cooked chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the BBQ sauce.
- Distribute the sauced chicken pieces and sliced red onions evenly over the cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
