- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries and sliced almonds.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
