These healthy donut holes combine cottage cheese and blueberries for a deliciously moist and fluffy treat, perfect for any time of day.

- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, egg, honey, and pinch of salt until smooth.
- Gently fold in the oat flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form donut holes and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
You can prepare the batter the night before for quick cooking in the morning. These can also be baked in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer.
