Description

A delicious recipe for broiled lobster tails topped with garlic butter, perfect for a special occasion or a gourmet meal at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster tails down the center to expose the meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to watch the lobster closely while broiling to prevent overcooking.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
  • This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
