- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in cubed mozzarella into the chicken mixture.
- Take a handful of the mixture, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and form a complete ball. Repeat.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Roll the filled ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F. Fry bombs in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
For a stronger buffalo flavor, marinate the ground chicken in buffalo sauce for an hour before cooking. Ensure oil is at the right temperature to avoid greasy bombs.
