Description

A modern twist on the classic burger served in a fresh, vibrant bowl filled with seasoned ground beef, crisp vegetables, and zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed fresh veggies (lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup zesty sauce (e.g., BBQ or ranch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. In serving bowls, layer mixed fresh veggies.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the veggies.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes and pickles, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Drizzle with your chosen zesty sauce.
