- 4 large croissants
- 1 cup sliced turkey
- 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on the inside of each croissant.
- Layer sliced turkey and shredded Havarti cheese inside each croissant.
- Close the croissants and brush the tops with any remaining garlic butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
