Description

A delicious and savory dish featuring flaky croissants filled with turkey and creamy Havarti cheese, enhanced with buttery garlic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1 cup sliced turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on the inside of each croissant.
  6. Layer sliced turkey and shredded Havarti cheese inside each croissant.
  7. Close the croissants and brush the tops with any remaining garlic butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
