Description

Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of caramel, apples, and pie in a fun, bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut them into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, caramel sauce, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pie crust circle.
  5. Fold the crust over the filling and seal the edges by crimping with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
