Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped red bell peppers, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the chili flakes, grated ginger, minced garlic, and salt to the saucepan.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
