Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped red bell peppers, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the chili flakes, grated ginger, minced garlic, and salt to the saucepan.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  6. Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
