Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional meat steaks, featuring thick slices of cauliflower topped with a rich cheese blend.

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top of each steak.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture.
- These steaks can be served as a main dish or a side dish.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
