Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the seasoning by combining olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture generously onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
