Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
