Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
