Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced russet potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the seasoned potatoes for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until flavors meld.
- Layer the crispy roasted potatoes on a serving plate, top with seasoned beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese until melted.
- Finish with optional toppings like pico de gallo, guacamole, or sour cream.
