Description

  • 34 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Water, as directed on taco seasoning packet
  • 8 ounces Mexican shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced russet potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the seasoned potatoes for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until flavors meld.
  4. Layer the crispy roasted potatoes on a serving plate, top with seasoned beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Finish with optional toppings like pico de gallo, guacamole, or sour cream.
