Description

This Chicken Burrito Casserole combines tender chicken, black beans, corn, and a cheesy topping for a comforting and flavorful dish that’s perfect for family gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
