Description

A delightful and rich dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Heart-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Using the heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes from the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered hearts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
