Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, flour, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Fold in crushed pineapple and shredded coconut into the cheesecake mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture in a baking dish, sprinkling cinnamon-sugar mixture between layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into swirls.
