Description

A refreshing and flavorful crab pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, red bell pepper, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and gently fold until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
