Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, red bell pepper, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and gently fold until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor and texture.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
