- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or individual serving cups.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy!

- Feel free to use any combination of berries you prefer.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
