Description

A rich and creamy chicken Alfredo pasta dish that is perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for added nutrition.
