Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced onions, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently.
