Description

Crispy Baked Zucchini Fries with Creamy Dip are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fries, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini fry into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. While the fries are baking, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl to make the creamy dip.
  9. Serve the crispy zucchini fries with the creamy dip.
