- 12 sheets of phyllo dough
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Layer another sheet of phyllo on top and brush again. Repeat with a total of four sheets.
- Cut the phyllo stack into strips about 2-3 inches wide.
- At one end of each strip, place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix the sweet chili sauce and honey in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the sweet chili honey over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. Customize with different herbs or cheese as desired.
