Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.
