- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by combining breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken in buttermilk overnight. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker meal.
