Description

Indulge in crispy chicken breasts coated in parmesan, served with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the cream while stirring continuously.
  7. Add Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  8. If using spinach, add it to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Return the crispy chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top.
  10. Simmer everything together for one more minute before serving.

Notes

For a healthier take, consider using an air fryer or baking the chicken in the oven at 375°F.
