Description

Curried Salmon Slice is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the richness of salmon with aromatic spices, perfect for a quick meal or a special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 500g salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the curry powder and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the curry sauce over the salmon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
