Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread until well incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and top with crushed Biscoff cookies and additional Biscoff spread.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
