Description

A delicious stack of pancakes infused with Biscoff spread, perfect for a sweet breakfast or brunch treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the Biscoff spread until well incorporated.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Stack pancakes on a plate and top with crushed Biscoff cookies and additional Biscoff spread.
