- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled pastry into squares, about 4 inches per side.
- Fill the pastry squares with 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture.
- Form the pillows by folding each pastry over and pressing the edges. Crimp with a fork.
- Egg wash the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with Garlic Parmesan Sauce before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken filling ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours, then assemble just before baking for freshness.
