Description

Decadent Oreo Pancakes are a deliciously sweet breakfast treat that combines the classic flavors of Oreo cookies with fluffy pancakes, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm topped with additional crushed Oreos and whipped cream.

Notes

  • For extra chocolate flavor, add cocoa powder to the batter.
  • Make sure not to overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes.
