- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In your crockpot, mix together the chicken breasts, teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and veggies.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot and mix with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
