Description

A simple, flavorful dish featuring tender chicken slow-cooked in teriyaki sauce with vibrant vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, mix together the chicken breasts, teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot and mix with the sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

This dish is perfect for meal prep! Assemble in the crockpot the night before and cook in the morning.
