Description

Ingredients

  • 200g udon noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
