- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the lobster stock and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the grilled filet mignon topped with grilled shrimp and lobster sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For best results, let the filet mignon rest for a few minutes after grilling.
