- 1 Cup Long-grain White Rice
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Onion, Chopped

- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine rice, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika in the skillet.
