Delicious and nutritious frozen bites combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: Chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine the plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Scoop generous portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted chocolate before freezing.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer to keep them fresh.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and stored for a month in the freezer. Customize with your favorite nut butters or add-ins.
