Description

Delicious and nutritious frozen bites combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine the plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Scoop generous portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted chocolate before freezing.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  6. Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer to keep them fresh.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and stored for a month in the freezer. Customize with your favorite nut butters or add-ins.
