- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
- These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- For added flavor, consider mixing in crushed nuts or dried fruit.
