- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened, natural preferred)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (pure)

- Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the mix. Taste and adjust sweetness, folding in until everything integrates.
- If desired, sprinkle in mini chocolate chips for delightful bursts of sweetness.
- Grab your ice cube tray or mini muffin pan. Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture, filling the compartments generously.
- Once filled, top each bite with chopped peanuts and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Place the filled trays in the freezer for about 120-180 minutes or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, carefully remove each bite from the tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a more indulgent version, swirl melted chocolate over the tops before freezing. These bites can last up to a month in the freezer.
