Description

Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce is a delicious and savory dish that combines tender beef bites with a rich and creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the beef back to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
