Description

A comforting twist on a classic, this Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf is rich in flavor, packed with garlic, and elevated by creamy parmesan cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix in a large bowl: ground beef, minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, and any desired herbs.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
