Description

Delightfully chewy grilled udon with shrimp and vibrant mixed vegetables, bringing umami flavors to your table.


Ingredients

  • Udon Noodles
  • Shrimp
  • Mixed Vegetables (Bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add chopped garlic and ginger; sauté for about a minute until aromatic.
  4. Toss in shrimp and mixed vegetables, stir-fry until shrimp turn pink and vegetables soften.
  5. Fold in the cooked udon noodles, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes

Prep vegetables and shrimp a day ahead for quicker cooking. Consider adding chili flakes for heat.
