- 1 lb Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- Sear the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same pan, add minced garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the pan, drizzle in hoisin and soy sauce, and toss to coat.
- Finish with Noodles: Add cooked noodles to the pan, mixing until well integrated with the beef and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Dish up immediately, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Prep all ingredients ahead of time for a smoother cooking process. For a gluten-free version, use rice noodles and tamari.
