Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish featuring tender beef, fresh vegetables, and silky noodles coated in a delicious hoisin sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Sear the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same pan, add minced garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the pan, drizzle in hoisin and soy sauce, and toss to coat.
  5. Finish with Noodles: Add cooked noodles to the pan, mixing until well integrated with the beef and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve: Dish up immediately, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Prep all ingredients ahead of time for a smoother cooking process. For a gluten-free version, use rice noodles and tamari.
