Description

A quick and delicious honey garlic shrimp stir-fry that combines succulent shrimp with a sweet and savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat.
