Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns (9 count)
- 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup Honey Mustard (plus more for dipping)
- ½ large Avocado (cubed)
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 pinch Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- Split the pretzel slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the pepper jack cheese slices over both halves of the slider buns.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Place them under the broiler for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Toss the chopped chicken tenders in a bowl with honey mustard until coated.
- Once the slider buns are toasted, layer on the honey mustard chicken, followed by avocado and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Close the buns and serve with extra honey mustard for dipping.
Notes
For a healthier option, air fry the chicken tenders instead of frying. These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and broiled just before serving for best results.
