Description

Delightful sliders featuring crispy fried chicken, creamy avocado, and sweet-tangy honey mustard, all nestled in soft pretzel buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns (9 count)
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup Honey Mustard (plus more for dipping)
  • ½ large Avocado (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Split the pretzel slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the pepper jack cheese slices over both halves of the slider buns.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Place them under the broiler for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  6. Toss the chopped chicken tenders in a bowl with honey mustard until coated.
  7. Once the slider buns are toasted, layer on the honey mustard chicken, followed by avocado and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
  8. Close the buns and serve with extra honey mustard for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, air fry the chicken tenders instead of frying. These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and broiled just before serving for best results.
